You do not need to worry if the electricity still works, if the shutters
are closed or if somebody is trying to break in. Provence Facility Service
makes sure that you can also enjoy your second home without having to
worry about it even when you are not there. For example, during extreme
weather conditions we can give you an immediate update on the condition
of your property. Of course we will immediately contact you in the event
of an emergency and will look for a suitable solution in consultation
with you.
A control visit takes 30 minutes standard and consists of the following
activities:

The house is checked for vermin and defects (roof, windows,
•• • doors,
garden, fencing
and swimming pool).
••
The working of installations is checked, such as heating,
•• • electricity
and gas and
water/sanitation.
••
In the event of an emergency, the owner is immediately
•• • contacted for
consultation.
••
The letterbox is emptied and the mail is forwarded to the stated
•• • address.
••
In consultation, the heating is switched on or the shutters are
•• • opened.
••
In the event of extreme weather conditions extra checks will be
•• • carried
out.
••
You will be kept informed online of all our findings.
The contract for a service package can be entered into per year and is
extended each time for a further year and this excludes travelling expenses
of € 0.20 per kilometre.
Additionally you can choose for our plus package - a warm welcome, the
ultimate start to your stay.
The plus package contains:

house is cleaned and aired before you arrive

the beds are made up
••
the cover is taken off the swimming pool
••
the grass is mowed
••
the terrace is swept
••
the terrace chairs are placed outside (and cleaned)
••
the refrigerator is switched on
••
the heating/air conditioning is switched on
